Our Fees & Insurance Information
At Journey Psychology, our fees are set in accordance with the Psychologists Association of Alberta guidelines. Each 60-minute session is billed at $220. We offer flexible payment options, including credit card, debit card, or cash, for your convenience.
For eligible clients, we offer the convenience of direct billing to insurance companies. This means that your sessions may be covered either partially or in full by your insurance provider. If you have any questions about your coverage or if you’re unsure if your sessions are covered, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly. Our team is also available to assist you in understanding your coverage and can provide receipts for manual submission to other insurance providers if direct billing is not possible.

Cancellation Policy
At Journey Psychology, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To best accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment.
Providing us with advance notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list. We strive to ensure that everyone has timely access to the care they need.
We recognize that there may be occasions when 48 hours notice is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
