Creating Meaningful Change

Kylee’s approach to therapy emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, recognizing that clients are the experts in their own lives. She integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to support lasting change. Through this integrative approach, clients gain insight into patterns of thought and behavior, develop new coping strategies, and strengthen their inner resources.
