Philosophy and Approach
Natasha’s therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered, inclusivity, and empathy. She believes each individual is the expert of their own experience. She strives to create a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. It is imperative to meet clients where they are, while tailoring a unique approach with evidence-based techniques and a variety of different modalities. Having an integrative approach allows for a flexible collaborative process, while respecting the clients pace and fostering meaningful change.
Areas of Expertise
Natasha is passionate about working with adults and couples, as they navigate emotional healing, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship changes. When working with adults, she establishes a safe environment with a strong and collaborative therapeutic alliance. By doing so, it creates a space to navigate life challenges and incorporates coping strategies to build towards a fulfilling life. With couples, she fosters open communication, mutual understanding to explore conflict, deeper emotional connections, and strength intimacy. Additionally, she is passionate about working with sex-related concerns, in an affirming environment to navigate intimacy, sexual-wellbeing, and sexual identities.

Natasha’s approach to therapy is empathetic and person-centered, while being grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, compassion, and collaboration. She strives to create a safe, non-judemental space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can explore challenges, uncover strengths, and work towards lasting healing and growth that aligns with each person’s unique goals and values.
Education and Credentials
Her education background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from Concordia University of Edmonton, and a Masters of Counselling degree from City University of Seattle. She is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and is in good standing with College of Alberta Psychologists and Alberta Society for the Promotion of Sexual Health. Natasha holds training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gottman’s Method Couples Therapy.
