At Journey Psychology, we’re more than a mental health clinic, we’re a dynamic, client-centred practice dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and transformation. Based in Sherwood Park, our multi-disciplinary team of registered and provisional psychologists, and supportive administrative staff work collaboratively to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, children, and families.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from:
- Registered or Provisional Psychologists with a Master’s or PhD in counselling or clinical psychology, licensed by the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Ideal applicants bring:
- Experience with evidence-based therapies, CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, DBT, Gottman Method, EFT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, or Therapeutic Play
- Commitment to cultural humility, diversity, and client-centred care.
- Multilingual candidates and those with experience serving diverse communities are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, couples, family, or adolescent therapy, using tailored treatment plans aligned with each client’s needs.
- Engage in regular peer consultation to support clinical learning, case reflection, and collegial collaboration
- Participate in community outreach or practice marketing, as desired, such as workshops, blog development, or social media support.
