Philosophy and Approach
Kylee embraces a therapeutic philosophy grounded in empathy, collaboration, and client-centered care. She believes that every individual possesses the capacity for growth, healing, and the development of meaningful relationships. Kylee is committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. By integrating principles of attachment theory with her therapeutic practice, she helps clients understand how past experiences influence present behaviors and relationships. Through her work, Kylee encourages self-awareness, emotional insight, and the development of personal resilience, supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges with confidence and autonomy.
Creating Meaningful Change
Kylee’s approach to therapy emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, recognizing that clients are the experts in their own lives. She integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to support lasting change. Through this integrative approach, clients gain insight into patterns of thought and behavior, develop new coping strategies, and strengthen their inner resources. Kylee prioritizes nurturing autonomy, emotional resilience, and self-compassion, enabling clients to navigate challenges and achieve meaningful growth in their personal and relational lives.

Kylee works with children, teens, and adults in individual, couples, and family therapy settings. She has expertise in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, ADHD, family dynamics, and life transitions. She also works with issues such as depression, self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, social skills development, grief and loss, motor vehicle accidents, parenting strategies, and experiences of abuse or neglect. By tailoring her approach to the unique needs of each client, Kylee helps individuals and families build stronger connections, healthier coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
Education and Credentials
Kylee holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology. She is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and committed to ongoing professional development to best support her clients.
